Tungol Tan Fordan Campos Law Firm is a full-service law firm in Makati City, founded in 2021, handling litigation, corporate, and advisory work for Philippine businesses, foreign investors, and private clients.
The Role
Junior associates handle the research, drafting, and day-to-day work behind the firm's litigation, corporate, and advisory matters, working directly with partners and supervising the firm's apprentices.
What You'll Do
- Handle the research, drafting, and day-to-day work on litigation, corporate, and advisory matters
- Draft pleadings, legal opinions, contracts, and client status reports
- Appear at hearings and attend client meetings and consultations
- Supervise and review the work of the firm's apprentices
Who You Are
- A member of the Philippine Bar
- Strong legal research and writing
- Attention to detail and ownership of your work
- Sound logical ability and critical thinking
- A genuine willingness to learn
- Able to work on-site at our Makati office
