About the firm
Tungol Tan Fordan Campos Law Firm is a full-service law firm in Makati City, founded in 2021, handling litigation, corporate, and advisory work for Philippine businesses, foreign investors, and private clients.
The Role
You will work on live matters under the supervision of the firm's lawyers — legal research, drafting memoranda and pleadings, and supporting litigation and corporate work — while you prepare for, or await the results of, the bar.
What You'll Do
- Research Philippine law and jurisprudence for pleadings, opinions, and memoranda
- Draft internal and legal memoranda, correspondence, and first drafts of pleadings
- Prepare corporate compliance documents and filings
- Attend client meetings and court hearings with the handling lawyer
Who You Are
- A Juris Doctor graduate awaiting Bar results or preparing for the Bar
- Strong legal research and writing
- Attention to detail and ownership of your work
- Sound logical ability and critical thinking
- Openness to legal technology and AI tools
- A genuine willingness to learn
- Able to work on-site at our Makati office
